- Establish the same end to end alignment across the internal supply chain (sales through to back office) through a behavioural based design that identifies the key moments that build trust internally and with the market
- Transfer of Knowledge across both the clients supply chain (Sales, Marketing, New Business, etc) and thier other key change support groups such as Strategy and Business Change as to buld a scaleable solution
